   Welcome on this website dedicated to the Saint Christopher's church of Chissey sur Loue, small village of the Jura located at 4 kilometers from the famous Royal Saltworks of Arc et Senans! 

   This website will allow you to organize your visit as well as possible in a religious building from 12th and 13th centuries.  This building is the first listed monument of the country of the Jura. Prosper Mérimé is who registered this building on the list of the monuments to be protected. This list was written in 1840.

   You will find there some relative information with the possibilities of visits suggested during the summer season ( in July and August ) and during others moments in the year.
